Thank you for shopping at Corvus-VIII. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• In the same condition that you received them.

• In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: 

• 3D Printable Files

• Custom-made or personalized products

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email our me at simonholland74@gmail.com or visit our online portal at https://www.corvus-viii.com/contact to request a return authorization.

2. Pack the item securely in the original package.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

• If you requested an exchange, the new item will be shipped upon receipt of the original item.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at simonholland74@gmail.coms] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
